• Filing assistance on government portals (MCA, GST, Udyam, FSSAI, etc.) as a service provider
• Compliance management, annual filing support, and legal document drafting
• Advisory services for entity type selection, business structuring, and regulatory compliance

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to engage our services. By using our services, you confirm that:

• You are legally competent to enter into a contract under Indian law
• All information and documents you provide are genuine, accurate, and complete
• You have the authority to authorise us to file on your behalf
• Your intended business activities are legal under applicable Indian laws

4. Service Agreement & Payment

4.1 Enquiry & Quote

Pricing shown on our website is indicative and approximate. Once you submit an enquiry (via our Google Form, phone, or WhatsApp), we will assess your specific requirement and share a final, written quote before any payment is collected.

4.2 Service Commencement

Our service engagement begins upon receipt of full payment (or confirmed token advance, as agreed) and the required documents from the client. We will confirm commencement via WhatsApp or email within 4 business hours of payment confirmation.

4.3 Pricing

• All prices are exclusive of 18% GST unless stated otherwise
• Government fees and stamp duty are charged at actuals and may vary by state, entity type, and authorised capital
• Final pricing is confirmed via written quote before payment is collected
• Confirmed quotes are valid for 7 days from the date of issue

4.4 Payment Terms

• Full payment or agreed token advance is due before work commences
• Payments are accepted via UPI, NEFT, IMPS, or card through our payment gateway
• Official invoices/receipts are issued upon payment confirmation

5. Client Obligations

• Provide accurate documents: Submit genuine, valid, and complete documents as requested. False or invalid documents will void our service obligation and may have legal consequences.
• Respond promptly: Respond to document requests or queries within 48 hours to avoid delays.
• Authorise filing: By engaging our services, you authorise us to submit documents and applications on the relevant government portals on your behalf.
• Review submissions: Where applicable, review and approve application drafts before final submission.
• Comply with laws: Ensure your proposed business activities comply with all applicable Indian laws.
• Maintain confidentiality: Keep login credentials, OTPs, and sensitive information shared with you secure and confidential.

6. Our Obligations

• File your applications accurately and within reasonable timelines
• Provide regular status updates on your registration progress
• Assign a dedicated relationship manager to your case
• Handle your documents and information with strict confidentiality
• Alert you immediately if any issues arise during the registration process
• Issue proper receipts and invoices for all payments received

7. Timelines & Delays

All timelines communicated are indicative estimates based on normal government processing speeds. We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Government portal downtime, technical failures, or maintenance
• Government authority processing backlogs
• Queries, clarifications, or additional requirements raised by the government authority
• Client's failure to submit documents or respond to queries in time
• Force majeure events
• Changes in government policies, fees, or procedures

8. Disclaimer of Warranty

We provide our services on a best-efforts basis. We do not guarantee approval of any name, registration, or licence application by government authorities; specific registration timelines; that government fees or processes will remain unchanged; or tax benefits, subsidies, or outcomes arising from your registration.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the professional fee paid by you for that specific service
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages including loss of business, profit, or revenue
• We are not liable for government decisions, rejections, or delays that are outside our control
• We are not liable for losses arising from incorrect information provided by the client

10. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as strictly confidential and will not disclose it to any third party except as required to complete government filings, to our authorised sub-contractors under confidentiality obligations, or as required by law.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on our website including text, images, logos, and designs are the property of Bizverse Legal and Compliance Solutions and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

12. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our services to register a business for illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes; provide false identity documents; engage in money laundering or terrorist financing; circumvent applicable laws; or scrape data from our website. Violation may result in immediate termination of services without refund and reporting to appropriate authorities.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

14. Dispute Resolution

• If unresolved within 30 days, disputes may be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996
• The seat of arbitration shall be Bangalore, Karnataka

15. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Bizverse Legal and Compliance Solutions regarding our services.
